Buyers Looking For Homes - Maybe Yours!

I post my buyers online because you never know who might have the perfect house for them, even if it is not yet for sale!

  • These buyers are looking to move their family into the Hinckley or Medina area. Their parameters are: beautiful lot, all brick home, granite kitchen, cherry wood work, high quality craftsmanship! Four bedrooms is a must!
  • FOUND!!  New to the area looking for a 2 acre lot in the Highland Schools to build a large ranch home. No homeowners association please!
  • FOUND!!  Newlyweds! Looking for a home in Medina with at least 3 beds, 2.5 baths and a 2 car gargage preferably side-load on a corner lot. Built within the last 5 years or so!
  • FOUND!! Looking in Parma for that perfect little cottage home. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms is irrelevant. Buyers wants an immaculate, small home with a low maintenance yard and a finished basement and a 2-car garage!
  • FOUND!! We need a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Parma in the State Rd School disctrict. Clean, neat, move-in ready. Hardwood floors a must!
  • Looking for a ranch home in Strongsville with 3 bedrooms and 2 full and one 1/2 bathroom. Newer style home with open floor plan on nice lot and quiet street.
  • FOUND!! Looking for a ranch home on larger treed lot with privacy in the Strongsville, North Royalton area, or maybe Medina depending on freeway access. Roughly 2200 sq ft with 3 beds and 2 baths. Basement is a must! Buyers do not want a fixer upper, but are willing to do some work. Age is not an issue, condition is. Garage does not need to be attached, but must hold 2 cars. Patio/deck required! So, if you think your home meets my buyers' needs - call me!
  • Looking for a 10 year old house or newer with about 4000 sq ft (ranch) on wooded, private lot in Highland Schools. Buyer does not want to be on a main road, but does not necessarily need to be in a subdivision. No association regulations please. If the yard does not already have an in-ground pool, there needs to be appropriate space for one. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms is not necessarily relevant, but a walk-out basement is! Call me!
  • UPDATED!! Family wanting to downsize in the Highland School District. Beautiful lot important. Size of the home must be under 3000 sq ft. Style of home not important. Finished basement preferred. Newer home, or older one with updates.
  • FOUND!!  Looking for our dream home - a log home! Looking for a large parcel of land with a truly traditional log home. Master on main floor, laundry on main floor. Not larger than 2000 sq ft. Priced under $250,000.
