And they always think it is Spring. The truth is, the best time to sell your home is when the inventory (your home's competition) is low. And since most people thing Spring is the best time, the inventory is low right now. Not too many buyers think they are going to find a home they love right away. They think it may take a few months, but it most often doesn't. And buyers are looking. Right now activity is high. This past weekend I wrote 2 purchase agreements and listed another home. I haven't done all of that in a week recently, but I did it in 2 days because people are looking to buy now. When we market your home, we position it against the competition. That is much easier to do when the competition is low.
